Are your beads natural?

Yes, our beads are 100% natural!
Some gemstone beads may be heat treated or dyed to enhance the natural color of the stone and achieve coloration.

Can I get a specific amount of beads that I need?

We sell beads by the strand. Please check the descriptions of our items for the amount of beads per strand to calculate how many strands you would need.
For some beads, we do offer loose beads for purchase and the price is per bead.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale. We currently offer the following wholesale discounts automatically applied at checkout:
▸ 30% off orders over $800
▸ 40% off orders over $1800
▸ 50% off orders over $2500

How long does shipping take?

We ship every day of the week from Monday-Saturday. We will do our best to ship your order the same day or the next business day.
Please be advised of 4-6 days for processing time (time needed to prepare and ship orders).

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your beads you may return them within 14 days after delivery and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

In circumstances of lost or delayed packages, we recommend that you check with your neighbors as delivery drivers may leave packages in different locations if a specific area was inaccessible at the time of delivery.
It is also recommended that you contact or check with your local USPS office as it has occurred that items are marked as delivered, but are still within the facility or USPS truck.
If you still haven't received your items, let us know by contacting us and we will provide further assistance.
