The coloring is fabulous. I did ask for a little direction from customer service as I normally do not buy these gems in particular. They made it a wonderful “first time tourlamine” purchasing experience that exceeded expectations. I bought 2 of these strands bc of how impressed I was. I’m now buying other strands of various gemstones I never thought of purchasing before just because of the customer service and guidance given to ensure my satisfaction.
