Refund policy
At Annie's Beads, we are committed to providing the best service and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return them within 14 days after delivery and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive them.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Customers will have to pay $4.00 for return shipping costs, or will have $4.00 deducted from the refund amount.
Please note the following guidelines for returns:
- The beads must be returned in their original form and condition to be eligible for a full refund.
- If the strands of beads are returned unstrung or loose, a partial refund will be issued.

Once we receive the returned beads and verify their condition, we will process the refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
