Our gemstone beads are natural, sourced from our suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity. Please check the descriptions of our items to ensure if a particular item has been dyed or heat treated to enhance the color.

Can I request a specific size, quantity, or shape for the beads I want to purchase?

While we do not offer drilling or custom sizing services, we do our best to provide accurate measurements and descriptions for all beads listed on our website. We do offer a selection of loose beads.

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please check with your neighbors and your local USPS office as delivery drivers may leave packages in different locations if a specific area was inaccessible at the time of delivery. Sometimes items are marked as delivered, but are still within the facility or USPS truck. In some cases, packages marked as delivered are actually delivered days later. If there has been no updates, please contact your local USPS office as they are better equipped to assist you regarding the status of your package.
