We take the pictures under professional studio lights and enlarge the item. The goal is to show the natural beauty of the beads. Depending on your PC monitor screen, the colors of the beads may be slightly different than the pictures.

We sell across many sites, including our website, Etsy, eBay, and our physical/in-person location.

We manually manage stock/inventory across these fronts, therefore it is possible that an item that is marked as "in stock" may be out of stock.

Please keep an eye out on emails from us notifying you of out of stock items.

At Annie's Beads, we are committed to providing the best service and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return them within 14 days after delivery and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive them.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

• The beads must be returned in their original form and condition to be eligible for a full refund.
• If the strands of beads are returned unstrung or loose, a partial refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, you have the following options:

Request a Return via Your Customer Account: Log in to your customer account and submit a return request. If approved, we will provide a return label. Please note that a $4.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Purchase a USPS Label: You can buy a USPS return label directly from the USPS website. Once you have the label, please send the package to the following address:

Once we receive the returned beads and verify their condition, we will process the refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm CST, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day, taking the processing time into account.

Delivery Time:

Once your package has been handed over to the post office, we rely on their services for the delivery. In general, packages take approximately one week from the shipping date to arrive. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please allow for extra time for your items to be delivered. Factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information:

When a shipping label is created, the package is handed over to the post office on the same day. If your package has tracking, please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated. In some cases, USPS may not scan the package until it reaches the destination city or until it has been delivered. If you have concerns about your package, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for assistance.
